Biography

Ms. Hernandez is a retired healthcare executive with over 25 years of strategic healthcare experience. She joined Baxter Healthcare Corporation (“Baxter”) in November of 2007 and assumed a wide variety of strategic positions over her 10 years with that company. Prior to joining Baxter, Ms. Hernandez was with Hospira Inc. in Lake Forest, Illinois. Ms. Hernandez previously served on the boards of Sinai Health System in Chicago and Lambs Farm in Libertyville, IL.
